Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms & conditions which apply to all events recorded by Craig Anthony Productions

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of £100 (this excludes packages where free filming has been agreed). The outstanding balance is required at least two weeks prior to the event date. The editing of the DVD of your event will commence immediately and all relevant information for inclusion in the final production must be received preferably beforehand, or at the very latest on the production. Once the edited version has been burned to disc we will charge an additional fee for any alterations you may request that were not established by the production day deadline.

We have a standard package at a set price, with optional extras according to your specific requirements. Any other modifications to these services will be quoted separately at the time of your booking. A surcharge may be applied for extra hours, as required, and this will be discussed at the time of quotation.

Free filming of any production is based on a minimum order of 20 DVDs. If less than this amount is ordered, we will invoice you the remaining sum. DVDs will not be despatched until all payments have been received. We anticipate delivering the DVDs within a 3 week period. Large orders may take longer due to duplication times. We will advise on estimated delivery times at time of production.

We normally carry one video camera unless a two camera shoot has been requested.

Whilst Craig Anthony Productions will take every care to present you with a perfect recording of your event, in the unfortunate instance of total equipment failure we will provide a full refund of all monies paid. Should there be a problem with regard to quality of the production caused by the equipment we will negotiate a revised fee once the degree of the problem has been established.

Craig Anthony Productions will not provide compensation for any problems with quality of reproduction due to the location or the environment that is not the fault of the equipment or the videographer.

All original recordings remain the property of Craig Anthony Productions and copies of the final edited version remain copyright. Further copies of each edited version can be obtained for the appropriate from Craig Anthony Productions
