Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms & conditions which apply to all events recorded by Craig Anthony Productions

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of £100. The outstanding balance is required at least two weeks prior to the event date. The editing of the DVD of your event will commence immediately and all relevant information for inclusion in the final production must be received preferably beforehand, or at the very latest on the wedding day. Once the edited version has been burned to disc we will charge an additional fee for any alterations you may request that were not established by the wedding day deadline.

We have a standard package at a set price, with optional extras according to your specific requirements. Any other modifications to these services will be quoted separately at the time of your booking. Total time allocation for weddings is dependent upon the package selected. A surcharge will be applied for extra hours, as required, and this will be discussed at the time of quotation.

The total fee includes two master copy of your video on DVD. Further copies of the DVD are available at an additional charge. It does not include any fees which may be charged in respect of videoing at the venue that are imposed by the church/hotel, etc. Such fees are the responsibility of the Bride & Groom.

Whilst Craig Anthony Productions will take every care to present you with a perfect recording of your event, in the unfortunate instance of total equipment failure we will provide a full refund of all monies paid. Should there be a problem with regard to quality of the production caused by the equipment we will negotiate a revised fee once the degree of the problem has been established.

It is our best endeavour to capture all the moments that are listed in our Packages. With a one camera shoot it is more difficult as moments can happen simultaneously.

Craig Anthony Productions will not provide compensation for any problems with quality of reproduction due to the location or the environment that is not the fault of the equipment or the videographer.

Please allow 6-10 weeks for the delivery of the final edited DVD.

All original recordings remain the property of Craig Anthony Productions and copies of the final edited version remain copyright. Further copies of each edited version can be obtained for the appropriate from Craig Anthony Productions.
